 Mandala
is the sanskrit word for whole world or healing circle.
Circles suggest wholeness, unity, the womb, completion
and eternity. The creation of a mandala is as important
as the finished product - the reason for my workshops
and courses.
Mandalas are a complex design that can be used for
meditation and contemplation. A snowflake is a mandala
when seen under a microscope and displays unique creative
patterns. The mandala lies at the core of our human
perception of what is whole, the beginning and the end,
the infinite.
Adam McClean writes: Mandalas can be seen as keys that
unlock the mysteries of our soul's architecture. If
we choose to use them in this way, they can lead us
deep into the mysteries of our inner world."
